Recruitment of Temporary Dental Assistants

Temporary dental assistants are paid directly by the client.
A timesheet must be completed by the dental assistant and signed off by the client before submitting for payment.
Alternatively, our clients can organise for Denstaff to pay the dental assistants on their behalf. Please contact us on 0450 921 063 to discuss this arrangement as it involves the signing of a contract agreeing to our Rates and our Terms and Conditions.
Charges to clients are invoiced weekly and are due for payment within 7 days.
Dental assistant rates, placement fees and contract rates are available upon request.

Recruitment of Permanent Dental Assistants

Should an employee leave within 2 weeks of commencement, a replacement dental assistant will be provided at no additional charge. This guarantee will only apply provided the client has paid the appropriate fee.
In the event a temporary dental assistant is offered a permanent placement by a client, the appropriate fee will be charged to the client.
Invoices are payable within 7 days.
Placement fees are available upon request.

Payment of wages for temporary dental assistants are paid directly by clients. All temporary dental assistants should have a Tax File Number (TFN) to complete the TFN Declaration.
A timesheet must be completed by the dental assistant and signed off by the client before submitting for payment.
Dental assistants are employed by a dental surgery for a minimum of 4 hours per day.
Cancellation of the placement on the day of the assignment will incur the appropriate fee.
